Deliver a clear 15-, 30-, or 60-second explanation of EFF.
Create responsible, accurate content that strengthens EFF’s presence.
Use EFF’s identity consistently and protect the credibility of the brand.
Support students without making them feel small for needing help.
Know when to refer, escalate, stop, and ask National Office for help.
Uphold the communication and conduct standards attached to the EFF name.
